Description

JSM Airport Services, LLC (a subsidiary of JSM & Associates, LLC), is seeking a professional, skilled individual as a CMMS Database Administrator in Denver! The essential functions of the role are to utilize and maintain the City and County of Denver (CCD) Enterprise Asset Management software solution (Fiix), as it relates to the requirements of our contract with same.


Our contract focuses on the maintenance and repair services of the airport baggage handling systems (BHS) at the Denver International Airport. This position will also be instrumental in the creation of periodic maintenance work orders and various management reporting.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $22.00 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Paid weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurate, complete, and timely entry of data into the various Fiix Preventative Maintenance Module(s)
  • Perform periodic reviews and data tracking of key performance indicators, as required by contract
  • Maintain the Fiix database of assets
  • Generate reports on various scheduled timelines, as assigned by management and as required by contract
  • Interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals between JSM & Associates and City and County of Denver (CCD), including executives, managers, and subject matter experts


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to obtain, and maintain, security clearance by undergoing a Ten (10) year Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
  • Must possess a valid drivers’ license (with a clean driving record)
  • Must demonstrate intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word and Excel (for report modification/data manipulation)
  • At least one (1) year of database software experience (preferred but not required), including knowledge of scripting and how databases work (MySql, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Previous experience with EAM or CMM software (highly preferred, but not required)
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress, offering solutions to resolve issues
  • Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet defined deadlines
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Must possess the versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities
  • Must possess the ability to work independently and as a member of various teams, a self-starter


This position will be located on-site, at the Denver International Airport; our contract provides coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, so the preferred candidate must be able to work as scheduled. The typical schedule for this position will be 10 hours/day, 4 days/week. . . (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday), and will include holidays, if the holiday falls within the employee's assigned shift. The scheduled hours for this position have not yet been determined.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a drug screening, a drivers' license check and validation, federal fingerprinting, and security threat assessment, as well as airport security badging.
